The Well Barn is a beautifully converted, detached flint barn. Spread over two floors, downstairs there is a large open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, with table and & chairs. The stunning double height living area has a large leather sofa and French doors leading to the garden.
Upstairs is a romantic galleried first floor bedroom with king-sized four-poster bed. The ground floor bathroom has terracotta flooring, antique ‘slipper’ bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second, single bedroom is also downstairs and is accessed from the living room - this has full-sized single bed and french doors leading on to the landscaped garden, so makes a lovely reading room too.
Outside the barn is a private, south facing walled garden - attractively landscaped the garden has a patio area for sunbathing or BBQs, a small water feature, large lawn and, of course, the well (fitted with safety bars). The Barn has off road parking for one car.
